it was very simple! Shop bought meringue base, I think intended for a different kind of dessert, Mixed summer fruits, choc chip ice cream and a home made meringue topping – a sort of Baked Alaska. All made by Bernard and G'ma A! We can't use pastry or sponge because My hubbie – Pretaboire is gluten intolerant so it was a mash up in include him! bloody lovely though!!!
