I well remember the day I read Multiple Daddy’s blog update to tell us all about his beloved Kerry. It seemed so hard to believe that someone so vital, so full of life could suddenly be so poorly! For those of you who don’t know her, you can read about her life and adventures on her blog Multiple Mummy She is a mummy to 3 beautiful and funny children and wife to a lovely chap, but some months ago suffered a brain haemorrhage and is still fighting hard to come back to her old self. She has had a number of setbacks and infections and with a long road ahead of rehab and healing. She is a kind and vibrant person with a big heart and everyone missing her desperately. There aren’t words that can express our sympathies for her and her family, there is nothing we can do to lessen the pain the they are suffering, but we can hope, and send positive thought and offer support where we can and have one hell of a party when she pulls through!
I’m not a religious person, so it’s not a prayer, but just a wish, a hope, and a plea to everyone to send their love and thoughts to a very special lady who is so very very poorly.
You are such an inspiration, a friend, and supporter to those in need. Your cheerful smile is much missed by everyone who knows you. All our love is with you, and our hopes for your recovery are never changing.
So get yourself better woman! We’re all behind you and holding you up with our love! The Essex bloggers need a another night out and we can’t do it without you!
So fight hard Kerry, we’re all fighting alongside you and hoping to inspire you to really wake up and come home! I’ll make a deal with you – get yourself home and I’ll bring you more surprise chocolate cake!
Rest well and fight hard lovely, we miss you! ”
So where ever you are on the 24th November at 10pm – pause and save a thought for Kerry and Nick and their beautiful children. Maybe just maybe the power of positive thought can help her on the word to recovery!
