This is my first time linking up with Magpie Monday, but the purchases made yesterday were just too good not to share!
I was spending the day with my old chum Sewlovecraft whilst Bernard had her first university interview (but that is her story for another day!)
So to kill time while we waiting for the little ones to finish school and Bernard’s train to get her back to use, we went for a charity shop hunt round sunny Bedford!
And here is my new kitchen favourite – the most wonderfully, tasteless and oddly decorated pie dish!
I can only imagine why you’d have what appears to be olives and asparagus in a pie lets not try and guess what the pinks things in the centre are – and no if you have the recipe I don’t want you to share it with me!
I’m beginning to think I may have to start a collection of tasteless and odd kitchen china – I may need to put some more shelves up!
It is slightly bonkers but I love it!
Nipple pie? Eee!

I’m still laughing at Annie’s comment…! It is a truly odd piece, but what a fun discovery. I wonder what the creator thought of it when finished…

Ha! I know what you mean about beautiful tasteless things! Something I simply adore whilst the world hates it!
LOL I too am laughing at Annie’s comment. It is a bit odd – fit perfectly in my house lol.

LOVING IT! So wrong and yet so right
Another big fan of your classy pie dish 😉 I would fill my flat with stuff like that if my husband would let me!
