My poor old Badger misses a really good cherry pie & and it makes him sad! It’s just one of the many things he misses now he has to have a gluten free diet, like thick cut crusty bread, a decent pint of beer and weetabix – to name just a few.
Seeing as he’s had a long and tough term at school, it would only be fair to make him one to enjoy over the holidays. Needless less to say he is smiling now!
We now have a source of good GF pastry which has certainly made him a happier badger. Now I have to find a good GF beer – has anyone found one anywhere?
Happy Easter one and all!
Not that he has left any pie for anyone else!
We were sent a tin of Princes fruit pie filling to review – all opinions are our own!
Did you make the pastry or is it a mix? Looks good on the photo.

That looks delicious! And how nice to be able to have something again when you thought it was on the barred list 🙂
