I know there is a week missing! Blame work load ad Britmums live - there are only so many hours in a day and I just ran out of time! But here we go - 52 cook books - week 25 I'm a convert convert to fish (30 of saying i don't like it!) To celebrate the end of the half term, and Hubby and Bernards impending return to school/college, we decided to have a grand day out with my darling dad. So with lots of warm layers, and woolly hats we set of for Audley End the scene of many happy childhood days out. i had no idea just how many bits of the pig people will eat! Gluten free brownies
It's been a long week in the Keynko household, so I thought there was a need for a Friday treat! And what better than a yummy chocolate brownie? It also seemed a good time to try an fantastic recipe I found on Pinterest for a 3 ingredient brownie What could be simpler? 1 cup of Nutella 10 tbsp rice flour (normal plain flour is just as good if you can eat it!) 2 eggs mix together and cook for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 °C (350°F) Just that - 2 minutes and in the oven! Inspired by #teamhonk and their visit to the virtuous women's bakery in Ghana, I thought I would spend my Friday making some Bread. My lovely Hubbie has a gluten intolerance and so fresh bread can be tricky. Sudden desperate need for cake!
Bernard and I had a sudden desperate need for cake this evening and decided it was as good a time as any to christen our new kitchen! So banana and chocolate cupcakes were made, a fail safe family favourite, made in minutes, no fuss and all in one mix that can be made in minutes with a mixer!
